Conditions de location : 1. A non-refundable deposit (25% of the rental price) confirms the reservation. This deposit is payable by bank transfer in euros when undertaking the reservation. The payment of balance of the rental is made by bank transfer in euros two weeks before the stay begins. 2. A deposit (25% of the rental price) is done by cash at the beginning of the stay. It is given back on the day of departure if no main object has disappeared and if no damage has occurred and if the gîte is as it was on arrival.

Rates Weekly prices La maison-4/6 persons-3 bedrooms-1 bathroom 600 euros low season. La fermette - 4/6 persons 500 euros low season. Le chai - 2/4 persons 450 euros mid-season. Bed and breakfast prices La chambre Floirac 90 euros per night and breakfast for 2 persons. La chambre Matha 80 euros per night and breakfast for 2 persons. |
