This gîte (103 m² surface area) is facing South. Formerly the oldest part of the property, hence its name, since it was a little wine growing farm. It can accommodate up to 6 persons. It has a direct access to the enclosed garden (2500 m²).

Bed linen is provided according to the time of stay.
The gîte is equipped with a TV set and a DVD.
